When I pull up a chart of DJ-30, Set to Daily Chart, and Zoom = 5 I get a scale on the right with one interval covering 7646 to 7769. Yesterdays bar closing tick falls in the lower portion of that interval which is about right for the close of 7682.

Perhaps you have accidently set the chart interval to something other than daily? That's about all I can think of that might throw the display off from what you'd expect to see.
