Would seem to make some sense if NUOA would actually buy back shares on the open market in light of this weeks news.

Whenever anyone has mentioned this in a post or emailed me that the company should consider doing this I replied that they never had a lot of cash on hand and whatever they did have, had to go towards paying debt.

With the financing in hand and the merger taking place, a sure way of building shareholder value would be to reduce the number of shares outstanding so more shares of FXWA could be given to present shareholders.

With the share price under 10 cents, it would not take a lot of cash to buy back and retire 20M shares or so over the next month or two.

Any thoughts?
