Any opinion in investing in Emerging Market Debt.(Through Mutual Funds)? Know it's risky but the return can also be great, or do you think still too early? Was looking through back issues of Mutual Fund(Magazine) and saw an article about Emerging Market Debt. funds earning 70% returns for the year(Dec 1996 Issue) since they were able to buy the debt. cheaply doing the Mexico troubles. This time though the problems are much larger though(many more countries). Any thoughts? John
