That is bad judgement to stick oracle with novell. Investors know little about the companies they invest in. Mind you majority of the money is 401 k, and the ordinary joe shmoe has no clue what oracle does. I am confident that oracle will prove itself to the market sooner than later. larry is working with the apps group personally so that should boost the sagging morale of the apps guys. Moreover, I think that larry elison does not click with the analysts, so it is not the company just larry that analysts may not like. Maybe they will change their mind now, since he is serious with the apps.
