Did anyone hear the news about the litigation fund that IPIC is setting up to deal with all the lawsuits? They are going to set-up a $15 million fund AND agree to pay an additional $55 million over the next 7 years to settle all this nonsense. If they have not deposited $55 million at the end of the seven years, they fund gets shares of IPIC valued at $7.50 per share!!! Ofcourse, they state that did is no admission of guilt, blah, blah, blah....why do this after the positive data from Dr. Wurtman?
