This is "lower" roadster. Check out the trading history. This stock is not far above its practical low. Read the recent press releases, this is a company which has begun to make real progress. This progress has not yet translated to share price. You may be right, but I think the overall trend is upward. Another thing I have noticed is that when the price has been a little lower, the availability of shares has been quite low. If you haven't seen the web site, you should visit it. A very interesting pharmaceutical company as a first acquisition and a very innovative "environmental" and "aquacultural" company which has a lot of very important people talking as a second.
