Luc, I believe under new TSE rules company contributions to on-line chat groups are now being regulated so your IPV "no response" issue may be held up because of this. Also, I think from a professional and best practices standpoint these aren't the types of questions a company would want to answer through on-line chat groups. It could open up a real pandoras box. The best place to raise these types of questions would be at the annual meeting on Sept 17(?). You, or anyone else, could ask outright 1) Does the company also use other non-related TG personnel agencies in recruitment? 2) and if so, would the ratio be 50/50, 70/30, 80/20 ? 3)Instead of spending $600k in agency fees would a cheaper alternative be hire a well paid H/R manager and let the technical(or hiring) managers get more involved in short listing potential candidates? I hope this helps. By the way, the share price has taken a real beating in the past 6 months. The next few months will be interesting with regard to the order book, financing and profitability. If you stay objective and try and see both sides their might be some opportunity on the upside. Eeeeeezzz up on the hostility. John
