What does this matter? This is a BB stock, shareholders don't have any voting rights anyways. If a CEO of another BB stock owned one share of PS and wanted to vote himself a $5 million dividend, who is to stop him? Also don't you think JD deserves to have the say in what the company does since he is the one who started it? If I came up with this great of an idea I sure as hell would want control. Plus why would JD want to throw everything away by voting on a dividend wiping out a couple hundred thousand in cash and putting the company under, when he can stick with it and make millions?
