True Cav. That apparently is why Stevita mixes their natural sweetener with malto-dextrin for their individual serving packets.

As for Sucralose, it really doesn't bother me that it is artificial since the reason it falls into that category is that there has been a molecular alteration.

Kinda like the difference between regular and condensed milk in my eyes.

But I agree that people don't feel comfortable putting little mini-tablets or crystals into their beverages or food. Adding some bulk maintains familiarity with sugar.

Personally, I think Sucralose is going to catch on and give competition to Nutrasweet and S&L.

Btw, are there any fillers in Touch of Nature?? If so, what are they?? And I'm kinda curious.. if Lorechio has lock on the rights to this tree, why isn't he identifying which tree it is?? He can't keep the genus of the plant/tree a secret and others should be able to confirm his tests and assess the safety of the product.

It just doesn't feel right to me Cav.. In all seriousness I want to give this company the benefit of a doubt, but I'm afraid of its history of extreme dilution and secrecy.
