One common thread- every single one of the stocks that they recommended are stocks that they were underwriters for. Underwriters are not allowed to say negative things about companies they funded. If you do, you don't get invited to the next cozy IPO party.

What a sham. These people are no better than snake oil salesmen. It does show that the institutional hype continues unabated though. I'll probably still be getting cold-calls trying to sell me AMZN shares years after the company goes bankrupt.
