Jay, There were an awful lot of buyers at that level too! Some of these folks are looking at recovering their investment and saying "adios" since the news of lawsuits has come about. Not all of them are even requiring a profit so they'll be selling on the way up. Though technical analysis is not particulary useful with these stocks, overhead, support and resistance still influence my decisions. I certainly hope that no one perceives this as negative. Just some alternative thoughts on how this one can be played. Sometimes you kick the extra point instead of going for two when there's lots of time left in the game! Pat
