52,000 shares repriced to 15 cents and has also been granted additional
options to purchase 227,000 shares of the company at 15 cents, exercisable
up until Sept. 4, 2000. An employee of the company has had existing
incentive options totalling 125,000 shares repriced to 15 cents and has
also been granted additional options to purchase 130,000 shares of the
company at 15 cents, exercisable up until Sept. 4, 2000. Another director
of the company has been granted options to purchase 50,000 shares of the
company at 15 cents, exercisable until Sept. 4, 2000.
A third director of the company has had existing incentive options
totalling 50,000 shares repriced to 15 cents and a second employee of the
company has had existing incentive options totalling 50,000 shares repriced
to 15 cents per share.
