I am disappointed that M. Marks hasn't showed more leadership in recent days. We shareholders need/expect a statement from FLEXF management indicating that business fundamentals are still intact notwithstanding recent selling and the company is on track to meeting analyst estimates for this fiscal year (as well as a comment re next year projections).

SANM chairman recently issued comments re his firm's expected forward earnings after their recent earnings shortfall.

I also think M. Marks should be announcing a share buyback given current price levels (i.e., putting the company's money where its mouth is adds credibility).

Have you been thinking along the same lines?
