Brian, I looked at the volume at the end of the day and it seems that somone wanted to dump about 200K shares, I suspect year end thing. Anyways, when someone wants to dump such a huge amount on a thinly traded stock..they make an arrangment with their brokerage to sell their stock at a given price so that they can sell all of it in one shot. I guess $7 was the magic number. I suspect that's why it dropped from $8 to $7 in a minute. Hopefully it will make it's way back soon. Also, I noticed that 2 insiders filed to sell approx 50K shares in NOV. dave
