shows 3.5 million shares have been cancelled or revoked, meaning only 20.5 million common shares not 24 million, my guess jon issued restricted shares to someone like marson and cancelled them for non fulfillment or something, was waiting for financials to see who cancelled shares were to, but looks like they may be delayed.
so you found out about 1 mil prefered shares you didnt know about but you also found out 3.5 mil restricted shares were cancelled according to ta, get fax for yourself, find my old post with phone # of ta.
