Actually, a reverse split wouldn't be that bad. I can't believe Racom has so many shares (15 million +) tied up by so few interests. A 1 for 2 reverse could free up 11 million shares, enough for a small secondary offering and an equity placement. It would also shift control away from Ramtron and Intag which is the way it should be. But as I have said before, don't look for Ramtron or Intag to give away control. That's also why I believe someone big is behind Hinds.

A reverse would be the best way to protect the wee investor not to mention it would be easier to take now rather than later at 1 for 4 or something. But since when did anybody do anything other than try to gouge the wee investor.

Anyone going to the special meeting? I'm wondering if those X-Verifone VPs walk in carrying their balls in a wheelbarrow like the folks at HP say they do?
