I don't think I'm whining, I think I'm trying to logically decipher what is happening. You seem to jump to conclusions without studying the circumstances. You can call me stupid but I really believe LD's statements about production being imminent (my interpretation) in the CC. The small contract, for the most part IMHO, backs up what he stated. There is too much at stake (as you interpreted in the S-3) for VLNC at this juncture to mislead investors. He would really have to be stupid (which isn't the case) to what in effect would bring another class action (scumbag) lawsuit. All of this is just my opinion you understand. If this ends up to be a $.50 BB stock I will personally walk into LD's rose garden and water them in a manner that would not be considered appropriate. Probability of that happening IMO .5%.
