Hi Gary,

That is the million dollar question. Various oscillators also look that way, in other words, after the crash of '87.

We did not get to quite crash levels (close) on the oscillators, so there may, or may not be, another shoe to drop.

However, I think we need to at least alleviate these oversold conditions somewhat, and then take another look.

From an investor point of view, I think you would want to wait
for clarification from further retests down the road.
