a complete view.

I am glad most of you are happy with Datek Online's services.

Pretty soon, we are going to have some slick new order entry
pages out on some faster servers. Free charts and news are on the
way. NASDAQ Lastsale is going as fast as our NASDAQ Bid and ask
data within a week.

Please do not ask how we route orders, or how you can "beat the system." we route your orders to the exchanges as fast as we can,
you can't beat that. Nobody else does that, either.

while several hundred customer orders were filled in the "middle of the market" today, 2% obtained price improvement, meaning they were filled at a price superior to their entered limit price. Obviously, this % depends on market conditions and the stock. somedays its more. somedays its less. Its automatic. its free money to whoever got those orders.

Also, if you have any questions about your account, its not that useful to post them here. send e-mail to support@datek.com.

One connectivity problems.... Most of them are related to temporary DNS outages. Please write down on a piece of paper the urls and actual ip numbers for all our servers, listed on the customer login page. if you get a "can't find orders3.datek.com " , message,
you are certain to get in by typing "https://207.159.94.6". harder to remember, but very reliable.

happy trading.
