Cav, Monday I will take the time to post my perspective regarding JD's preferred shares. Until then I will say IMO you are soured by the recent decline in the stock price and have let it taint your judgement. Its not fair by any stretch to make a statement regarding JD taking advantage of his position and taking dividends. I bet for 50 million you could have controlling interest in TCBG. There are a few investors with 1/2 million plus in TCBG and they certainly are not concerned. Nor am I. Earl
