PC Magazine has a section on their website with free utilites and a number of them are incredible. One I just love is Notes 2; it allows you to make a text notation describing what a file is within Windows Explorer. If you download a lot of files; this is a must have utility. You just right click the file in Windows Explorer and select the Notes option that the program puts in the list and then type a long description. You can get a whole paragraph in the area for the note.
