Don't think that I support the rebels just because I don't like Kabila. The sad thing is that there appears to be no good solution for DRC. It's the lesser of 2 evils, and I don't know which is worse. We have to hope that the peace talks go well, although I'm sceptical. It would be quite an achievement for central and southern Africa if they could settle this peacefully. So far the most rational statements have come from South Africa and Zambia. They should contribute the "peacekeeping" force. Of course, UNITA would still need to be dealt with.
