Jim, and also has about 3.00 in cash I calculated $2.66 per sh. based on the annual report in cash and short term investments. I didn't do the math for Logility. I really don't see this guy and the other second tier Supply chain software providers moving any time soon due to the y2k issue. We might get a little coat tail run up if Manu (reports 9/17 I think) and i2 report some good numbers. Regards, --JJ
