Hi Dan!

My understanding is that the Hurricane (Bonnie) washed out part of the road to the work site in NFLD. This caused a weeks delay as the road must now be rebuilt. This was last week, therefore I assume that the road is now fixed and work can now proceed.

I also understand that the property in Cape Breton was being looked at by other companies who might be interested in a JV. No word on that yet.

The problem in my humble opinion is the price of commodities. Commodities prices of late are so low that major producing companies are just sitting back and are bit gun shy on new projects.

The upside is that gold and some base metal prices (appear) to have turned around this week. If that continues well all bets are off.

Still bullish on MOA, even if I am taking a beating.

Cheers !!! Peter
