Hi Mark, Five weeks ago I wanted to short some stocks. My Discover Brokerage firm(Formely know as Lombard brokerage) told me I had to apply for margin account which I did. Five weeks later I still don't have a margin account. The market has already dropped almost 40 to 50% of its 52 weeks high. I have lost the opportunity to short!? Have you had a better luck with your broker Mark?(jee, I hope you do). Any one has a good recommendation on brokers? I have heard that ETRADE are good? Any input will be appreciated. Christopher
