Tom, I agree with you. Many of us share holders are in this for the long run and those of us that got burned have stuck it out this far!!! Lets exchange the warrants for perf. and know that we will grow many times over by 2003. Keith, I could be wrong but if we do this, we will see an upward trend in the price just as we did back when the perf's were announced. In all of our best intrust, I can only see this option as one that will do us better in the long run. As for the rest of us, any thoughts about this? Opey
