Saying things over and over make them no more true than they are the first time, and in your case, you post lies. I know what you are, too. :-)

For people who use margin, whether they trade or not, the move of a stock from 45 to 12 costs them big money in buying power and in margin calls. It is not meaningless when a stock goes from 45 to 12, and is not part of "normal" fluctuations as a biotech or as part of the market as a whole. The exact meaning can be debated but that it's a significant move cannot be debated. The stock has to double almost twice to get back there. And, of course, people who sold at 45 can buy back the same number of shares with lots left over for other stocks or purchases or savings, or can buy back almost three times the number of shares now.

Only an idiot would suggest that a move like this doesn't matter.

Poor Nancy, had she taken my advice, could be buying back now and have $7 a share left ofter.
