Brady: I have just came back to follow the thread after being on a project in Asia, since Feb., I am wondering what Terry T., brings to the thread ! Look at the number of posts he makes and ask yourself how any COMPETENT lawyer would have time for this type of criticism. I do legal reviews and management reviews for emerging growth and other companies. Frankly if he had any business at all he would not be on line he would be working?? Frankly, it is my overview as a stockholder that you can form no opinion of any kind, until both companies operate as one. Any saber-rattling by Terry can only jeopardize the success of the combo, as there is no basis for any litigation whatsoever, because it is very difficult to value any internet company. I did an analysis for a very similar co., last week, so you would have to ask yourself for example how you value DCLK, is it over a billion ($78.00 per share) or is it $400 million. Is TFSM worth $350 million or $90 million. I can just see any judge shaking his head. OR do you say Oh well, I'll take a fundamental approach, not a market approach: DCLK will do $60.0 mill in revenue for 1998 and lose $25.0 mill. TFSM may do $15.0 mill and lose $15.0 mill.
The answer is very simple, I believe we have to view our investment in either ZULU or ESVS as term investments, on the bet that one/two years down the road they will achieve critical mass.
Discussing heresay about what one's interpretation is of an employees statement to an unknown caller does not help IMO Nice to be back and here's hoping for positive news this week. |
