I would assume that the dividend will only be paid to stock holders of record prior to the date of the announcement. Even so, new Bany buyers would benefit because the company is retaining 800,000 shares that could open at 3 to 5 dollars a share and put Bany in a very nice equity position. Can anyone confirm or not confirm this conclusion and also clarify who would get the dividend as of what date?
