4th quarter results should be coming out in the next few weeks. I wouldn't be surprised to see total year earnings exceeding 1.00. Hard to believe that the stock is trading with a single digit PE.
Speaking from experience of living through the worst drought since the 30's here in Texas and many parts of the Southwest, investors should be aware that one of the big markets that SUMX participates is in the irrigation equipment area. Personally, I don't think that this summer will be in the end of the drought conditions, therefore, making irrigation equipment a real growth area for the future. Here in Texas, 40% of the cotton crop was lost because of the lack of water. For farmers to survive irrigation will become a necessity. Owning a small farm here in Texas, I know the need for irrigation and what it cost to irrigate each year. My only option is not to irrigate, but then NO crop.
SUMX is a small cap stock with an excellent growth pattern and certainly in the areas that should offer future growth. All IMO.
