Dear All
Bad news again and again. Don't feel bad about
raining on the parade. I hope LD makes some
statement to sooth our fears but don't hold your breath.

Does anyone no how many shares DA has and what option
he has that are in the money if any. The only thing
I could find out was he was last to jump ship in
6-7-95 with the sale of 15k shares at 3.19/sh. This
is after Lev jumped with 434k at 18.00 - 15.50/sh.in
the spring of '94.

Here's to hoping that DA stays invested with the rest of
us.
