IBD's number is very old. see corporate-ir.net there are approx. 331M shares outstanding. Anschutz controls 53% of the combined entity and institutions another 11%, so even if every remaining share was part of the float that would be only 119M shares and you know a ton of the non-Anschutz shares are in the hands of Nacchio, senior management, and other long-term holders. mark
