This is the first week since tracking that auction counts are down from the previous week (albeit less than one percent). This is most likely attributable to the holiday weekend. Many sellers are reluctant to list auctions during periods when they believe many people will be away from their computers. This may also impact next week's numbers. However, expect to see a big boost in the next few weeks, as the pent-up demand is released. |
