Article in Financial Post today, FP suggests rise in share price may be due to major announcement as seen in couple previous occations , price increase before announcement. Mpact suggests only Bell merger signing and increased positive coverage of analysts.Hmmmm. I think Mpact is back on track, can start getting busy again with merger signed.
