Jose - I found out a little more about how the DARPA money is paid out. Approximately one-half of the $13 mil. has been funded by the govt. this year and will be paid before the end of 1998. The rest will come in 1999. The money is paid out with NO connection to goals being met, however the govt. conducts performance reviews with JMAR quarterly. Sometimes goals are met in a differing order than they were originally outlined -- one goal might be lagging, while another is met ahead of schedule. The govt. review is concerned with the "total progress" of the project.
