Apologies! Thank you This would make total sense with my spiel ( see lemetropolecafe.com ). Peter Monk is clued in to the right people. If I am correct that the CB selling has or is about to end, he probably would know and he would know that this is the time to buy because this constant, overhead supply would be gone for years. Would love any follow up that you have. Bill
