Glenn, Your conclusions on this Baker & Taylor thing can't be right, i.e. paying for current purchases of CGS with stock. If it is we have a disaster which will devastate AMZN in short order - shareholder lawsuits, SEC, you name it. Just think, how would you value the stock to be fair to all the competing interests? Even AMZN isn't that dumb.

If I were the audit partner on AMZN, I'd withdraw, rather than spend the next 10 years in litigation.

So, it must be related to some sort of founders shares or joint venture setup. Wonder how we sort this out?
