I hope ATHM has trained their marketing people a little better about the ways of the internet. I remember going to the Alameda demo and asking basic questions like number of newsgroups they support or even how would I go about having a newsgroup added... I got quite a bit of glazed looks from the people there. Hopefully, before any big rollout, they get their staff better educated. Just an observation. I was impressed with the product but wasn't really too assured by the people working at the demo.
