Let me get this straight now Joe. They are buying back up to 400,000 shares in a stock that traded 5K shares on Friday at 40&cent's a share. That means that they are looking to put upward of $160K in the market at a time when they need capital to even operate. Money that they have just borrowed from PRWT. Doesn't sound quite right to me. It is strange indeed that the management of the company would find better value in its own stock than putting that capital to work in what is claimed as multiple turns a year on te money at work. That just doesn't seem to add up. Are you sure they are not just saying that so they can be having something to say to wake up the market for their shares? These terms and conditions being just a cover for saying they are going to do something that they may have no intention of doing?
