The terrible thing about this is really WHY DA resigned. We may never know the truth. But what could happen is, if any kind of investigation results from this, and that may or may not happen, people about to sign contracts with Valence could hold back or withdraw entirely until things are clarified. Potential customers' confidence may be called into question. From what I know of Dave Archibald, he was a straight, serious person, perhaps overburdened by increasingly severe demands on his services. But, if so, why didn't he say something to Lev sooner, so that a replacement could have been waiting in the wings? Lev's image is going to take a severe hit, I think, though I have a persistent tendency to see the downside. We need strong reassurances from mgmt. to get by this. Let's hope it comes soon, sensibly, and satisfyingly.
