Frank,

Frank I know its tough buying in at the top like that and I've done it before myself, but never ever again. I strongly suggest investing about $50.00 and buying a charting software program like Windows on Wall Street. Join Compuserve or Dial Data and download PARL price data back about a year and run an RSI plot on it. You will see by the indicator that PARL was overbought at that time.

In defense of PARL I can say that they are at least not losing money and remember that Lekach's share value goes down as well unless he finds a buyer for the company (Now that gives me satisfaction). There truely are much worse companies out there that are reporting earnings losses. At some point , either the company will be sold, pieces will be sold, dilution of shares will end, and the inventory will be sold. We're lucky from the standpoint of better than average Christmas retail sales. Remember also that the increased inventory is needed to supply inventory to new Perfumania Stores, the Luria Stores and to meet rising cusomer demand for products such as Perry Ellis.
