I took a brief look at the original prospectus and about 30% of the O/S stock, prior to the 3,000,000 share float, was held by "others". My guess is B&T had some of that and is bleeding it off (there were a total of 76 shareholders). So, this whole issue looks like a straw man. Find some facts or drop it, I sure have spent enough time on it this weekend. Regards, IS
