I had a problem with SWS charging 3 tickets on a SOES exit. My broker (Polar Trader, another Terra Nova affiliate) said SWS is having some problems differentiating SOES partials. I got an appropriate credit.

Some of my experiences with SWS the last month lead me to wonder whether they are ready for prime time. When I wired my money into their account, they "lost" it for about 12-18 hours before it finally showed up. Needless to say, I had a sleepless night.
