I just don't see any compelling reasons to buy now Despite the turmoil in the market the Russell 2000 is up about 3.5% since Aug 31 1998. Thats about 1% a day. There are a number of stocks in the Russell 2000 that are compelling buys. It boils down to this when the stock market gets insane and offers you a company at a very cheap price you just buy it. Of course you have to know what you are doing.
