Ken,

I made the point a while back, that the investment banking firms/ brokerages, or what ever you want to call them, can get away with anything that they want. If they get caught, and prosecuted, all they do is agree to pay the fine, without admission of guilt. This is where the justice system or enforcement system falls down. If they or one of their agents are accused of a crime or fraud, they should be held accountable. It is time to protect the public from these so called professionals. They pay the fines and then walk away with a clean record.

In my opinion, the hell with the fines, put them out of business if they keep violating the securities laws and screwing the public.

The main thing that the court has to do is protect the public, even before protecting the creditors.
