That is possible. But what I was asking is, how do you explain that million share down day just before the release of the news? I'm not fully versed on the exact rules that must be followed by insiders. I do know that living trusts and other vehicles can be used to hide the true owner/s of a stock portfolio. Someone's stock portfolios had a very lucky day on August 27. It certainly has the look of insiders either directly or indirectly bailing out. None of us are THAT good at fundamental analysis or technical analysis!
