That shows you exactly why this stock is screwed and it will only get worse. A reverse on a BB stock is suicide especially when the reason for the huge issuance is a greedy and questionable owner. Any investors that approve of a reverse might as well just put a gun to their heads.

One thing and one thing only will remove the excessive dilution of FAMH... Arif needs to put back what he stole.
