HVN, I am not surprise at all if ATT has something going on with coms. T is buying out TCI and planning to provide local phone services thro' TCI's cable modem networks. TCI and coms issued news releases not long ago that TCI would use coms' cable modems and headend gears. The deals you are referring to maybe just an extention to the TCI/coms deal. The current coms price focuses narrowly on this month report and hasn't taken any major deals and buyout into consideration.
