I am not ready to enter into Emerging markets yet. The Emerging Markets Debt funds are down on average this past month 17% while the Emerging is down on average 10%. I will wait for my cycle analysis to make the call. I have a link on my site showing "StockSmart" 4 week averages on Sectors. There you will see where the groups are.
