A good publisher is Word 6.0.

Their is MS publisher too. Front Page

Another one is First Choice. They have changed their name.

Turbo anything is a bad choice.

If you are having that much trouble with mere printing I would say there is a printer setup problem here. Like your printer is not specified in the devices list.
